The cards can be obtained Monday through Friday at the Aging and Disability Resource Center, 1055 Kinoole St., Suite 106, in Hilo.
For more information, call 961-8777 from 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Staff also will issue cards at the following times and locations in October:
• 10 a.m.-noon Monday, CSE Kohala office (Old Bank of Hawaii building).
• 1-3 p.m. Monday, Kamana Senior Center, Hilo.
• 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday, Kmart, Kailua-Kona.
• 1-3 p.m. Tuesday, Pahoa Senior Center.
• 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, Hale Hauoli Senior Center, Honokaa.
• 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, Keaau Community Center.
• 9-11 a.m. Oct. 9, St. Jude’s Church, Hawaiian Ocean View Estates.
• 9-11 a.m. Oct. 10, Lily Yoshimatsu Senior Center, Waimea.
• 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Oct. 10, Walmart, Kailua-Kona.
• 9-11 a.m. Oct. 18, CSE Papaaloa Office.
• 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Oct. 25, West Hawaii Civic Center, Building B, Kona.
